Farrel is a traditionalist with strong country and
gospel roots which make Christian Country Music a
perfect fit for him.
He grew up singing and playing the guitar in church
and revivals. He credits his Grandmother as the one
who taught him about God. Farrel's musical
influences include Hank Williams, George Jones,
George Strait, Merle Haggard, and Bob Wills.
When Farrel was 15 years old he had his first
encounter with Jesus, in a dream with Jesus telling
him what was in store for his life and what he
wanted Farrel to do. Farrel's Grandmother told him
that she felt God wanted him to use his singing
talents for the glory of God's Kingdom. When Farrel
was 20 yrs. old he lost his Grandmother to heart
failure. At this point Farrel walked away form God
and gospel music and went back to the country music
he always loved. Though the years of singing and
playing country music, he always felt the tug on his
heart from God and his calling to the music
ministry.
Then one day Farrel picked up a CD by some guy named
Mike Manuel and discovered for the first time
CHRISTIAN COUNTRY MUSIC!! "THIS IS WHAT MY
GRANDMOTHER WAS TALKING ABOUT" Farrel realized he
could blend his love for God, gospel and country
music the way it should be! Since beginning his
career in Christian Country, his music has gone
further that ever before! Farrel has had his music
on world wide radio in the top 10 charts, has won
awards and best of all the music has opened doors
for him to tell people about Jesus! Farrel sings at
music festivals, churches. cowboy churches, anywhere
the doors will open. If your church or venue is
looking for pure uplifting country music with a
message and not "a show" then book Farrel today!
